Complaint Review: SAR

I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed $1497.00 to LTS Managment. The original date of transaction is listed as August 26, 2012. I did not have a payday loan. It looks like this is some sort of scam. Please also be aware of the lending laws in your state if you did happen to take out a payday loan. I live in the state of Pennsylvania where payday loans are illegal. Also be aware of your states SOL on payday lending. I did call this company and request information and they were unable to give me any. Once I stated that I am looking at my bank statements from August of 2012 and can absolutely verify that I have no payday loan deposits, I was given several other dates ranging from 2010 to 2012 and they could not provide me with any other information. Do not give these yahoos and information. It just smells bad!
