Blessed Creations / Fantasias Wish Creations SCAM!!!!

Terribly disappointed with the doll I purchased recently for my daughter's birthday from Sara B. Furno at Blessed Creations Nursery!  Photo's sent to me by the seller look absolutely nothing like what I was sent.  The seller very cleverly uses poses that hide the defects of the doll when taking photos, and together with shadowed lighting and no real close-up shots, the problems are not obvious to the buyer, who like me, will ultimately be scammed!

I paid $350 for a doll that came dressed in stained clothing and wrapped in a blanket that had cat hair on it.  Her painting is awful and there are visible glue marks under her eyes.  Her hair is so badly rooted in clumps (roots are showing) with bald patches all over her head.  Rooting was only done on the back of the doll's head and the top remains bald - the full head of hair that was seen in the fraudulent photos the seller sent me is what had been rooted at the back and combed over the top of the head.  Terribly ugly!  Her vinyl body is far too big, causing her cloth body to protrude out of the arm, leg and neck area.  I am able to insert 3 fingers into the gaps and under the vinyl torso!

The seller also charged me $150 for postage when the actual cost of shipping (as printed on the USPS shipping receipt) was $75.14!

On complaining to the seller, she accused me of having damaged the doll - which is just ludicrous!  She then offered me a refund of $300, less the deposit (of $200) and all shipping ($150) on her safely receiving the doll as a return.  Returning her will cost me a further $75.14 in shipping.  One doesn't have to be a maths professor to work out the problem here!!!  The shipment was also posted to the wrong address, and being an insured shipment I am questioning whether the seller intended the parcel to arrive at all.

The doll is totally defective and of such terribly poor quality that it remains boxed!

It's a total scam and I hope that this review creates enough awareness to prevent others having to experience the same.

Thoroughly disgruntled.
