My mother signed up for a detailed report - she got the report but has not been able to access the site since and is being charged $33/month for nothing. Freder does not respond to e-mails, letters or faxes. I'm trying to find out how to be done with her.

Do not send her any money. Sara Freder is a con and a rip-off. First of all she doesn't know you or your life. How can she help you? If you did send her any money ask her for a refund. If she refuses, tell her that you will report her to French legal authorities.
