Complaint Review: Sara Freder

I had received several e-mails from Sara for about a month or so. She seemed trustworthy so far everything that she had written made sense. In one of her letters she promised me all of these wonderful things, all I had to do was trust her and she would help turn my life around. Well that's not what happened. What I ended up paying for was nothing like she promised me. I ended up paying $29 dollars for one page of information, and none of it was even close to what I was supposed to get. I not even sure if the other added bonuses will ever be delivered to my home. And that's not all, when I checked my account she had charged me $21.92, I chose to make to payments one for $20 and another for $9, for a total of $29. She some how charged me more than I agreed to. I have tried endlessly to contact this woman, with no success. In all of her letters and on her web site she states that if there are any problems or if I have a question feel free to write to her at e-mail address. She also has a money back guarantee, except when you go to this page it gives you no inctructions on how to do this, and being unable to reach her I don't know what to do.
