Sarah, Amos Maibach Landlord There rental house made me & my Daughter deathly sick Copley Ohio
When I moved into there house on E. North Street in Wadsworth, Ohio..on OCT.19, 2006 the Maibach never told me that they had plumbing problems.. The water was backing up when I drained the Bathtub and water was leaking around the toilet.. the water was shooting up through an open pipe..I notified them about this and it took Amos four days to come out.. but he first he sent his uncle out..he told Amos that the floor in the Bathroom needed to be replaced...That took four day before he came out... Amos did replace the floor but the water was still backing up in the basement....
Three weeks later the uncle replaced the pipes but left the water standing in the basement.. all my boxes got wet.. There were wood piles that was over a drain that always had water and still is...Mind this that the uncle only came over when I wasn't home...In a few months I and my Daughter were getting sick and our animals.. I called the Health Dept... They said It sounds like mold is in the house..the health dept. called them in the First week of March. The Maibachs.. and told them that we are getting sick and that there is mold... The Maibachs made no attempt to clean it up...
also I had contacted a air-expert that deals with air quality.. & toxic mold...He had sent the test that he took from the basement and sent it to a lab..and..it came back with high levels of toxin.. The Health Dept. in Medina would not come to the house to look at the basement full of Toxic & black Mold.. and...
Because of the treatment we had to go through. I couldn't pay all of rent only a hundred dollars short one month and Ten dollars short the next month.. They also kept changing the rent each month...
Now Mold is on the Rafters all over and Medina Health Dept. is telling them to clean it with Bleach... Read. read up on Toxic Black Mold It has to be cleaned a professional way not Bleach....
Now we have moved out it took us awhile cause every rental home we went to had either standing water or Mold...
And also Maibach took me to court once to claim Four Eighty Dollars..
The judge asked me why I didn't pay rent I had all the papers from the Test taken and the Report... and what the City of Wadsworth wrote up on all the violations...The Judge wouldn't even hear what I had to say plus he wouldn't look at any papers... He was only talking to them... Then the Judge ask them the Maibach to go to the house and see if there is any damage I left...
I have a deposit... and the judge said to Amos & Sarah that its' up to them if they want to come back to collect the rent from me and that then i would have to prove that there was mold..... and it is a health hazard.
What is wrong with these people...
Sarah & Amos jumped from Four Hundred Eighty Dollars to One Thousand Dollars... Then ... The Judge is telling me I still had to pay rent regardless..even if the Landlord didn't make a safe enviroment for the Tenants. The Judge never mention to them to clean up the mold .. and if their are repair that they are suppose to do..
To me it seems like they want me to pay for the clean up that was caused by them.....Remember Me and my Daughter and Animals got sick a few months after being in that ,...there rental house....They should of told me before I moved in that they had plumbing problems..
Once again the Maibach is taking me to court...

What do I do.. When a Judge won't even hear anything I have to say...
Sarah has been going to all my past landlords and trying to get them to take me to court..and telling people anything made up about me... she is getting in my personal life....Help... Help... I need a good lawyer..
There is so much deceit and scandal going on here...
Their saying here is ......
"So what if you get sick from House you are renting,
you still need to pay rent..."

Why I didn't let the landlord in when she showed up with the police. Is she is to have one that removes the Toxic Mold Professional from the home cause the spores can be spread through the house if not properly done..
This house is a duplex and another tenant lives above,. He can get sick from it.... and Sarah the Landlord is pregnant , if she goes in there to clean it with bleach and breathing the toxin on top of it, she is putting the unborn child at risk...I was thinking of the baby. That is why I didn't let her in...
Explain... When she showed up with a police officer she was trying to scare me.. YES.. I said no you can't come in with a bucket cause you can't clean it up with water and bleach.. you can get sick...Sarah the landlord stood there and argued... finally I said come on come in and clean it then you are putting your unborn child at risk... I said if we are deathly sick from the mold and have to through things out that are in the basement.. you don't think the child will get sick ..
I think I have more consideration then she does I'm thinking of her unborn child..All tenants have to be out of the house when the clean up begins..When the foundation has cracks and the downspout that runs in one side of the basement wall to the sub-pump and the water constantly stay there cause it doesnt all empty into the sub-pump there is a problem. Rain, snow coming in to the basement because the foundation has cracks , broke window covered with a board and it is leaking water and snow in to the basement.
all this cause Toxic Mold This is a old house..
Some one should check up on this houses that the Landlord...Landlords rent... before they rent them out....there are more house that have sub-pump in them and some do not.. that have standing water and Mold in the basement..
What makes the landlord Maibach mad is, because I did something about it... other people in the same situation. ...I'm saying not all people do either B---- about to other people it or are scared....there is nothing suspicious about this ..I just didn't add everything if I am making a Injury negation case

Ya rain did add to most of the problem. It continued to rain and the City Cited them for building foundation leaking due to rain. I am going to add the report to the site in a few days. But I also added that they had changed the plumbing also, which had added moisture to the Toxic mold. Ya the basement floods during the rain and the the plumbing Problems was in the first three months I moved in.
When the snow melted it ran in the basement, I added more to my this report witch is on the report of Air-Expert and what the Wadsworth City Building Inspector wrote. She came with a bucket she was going to clean it up with water and Bleach. And she also brought a police office. Cause I told her i was getting a Lawyer in March..
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis real bad. all thing add up together. Didn't you ever forget something an then remember later?

but now you've changed some of your facts.
In your original report you claim that the water in your house was due to rain:

But yet now you say:

In your current report you claim that the landlords didn't try to clean it:

Yet in your original report you claim that they tried to clean it and you wouldn't let them in the house:

I could go on and on with the issues with your story, but from what I can tell your story is very suspicous and changes too often to be believed
