Yahoo! You lied to me about when I would receive my refund. You told me several times by email, that I would receive my refund with-in 2 to 3 business days. It has now been 9 business days, and yet, I do not see a refund posted in my bank account. I do my banking on the internet, so don't feed me that crap "that my request is being processed or I will see it on my next statement" (in two weeks)to gain more interest on the money that belongs to me. Here, I thought you people where repeatable in your business practices. I guess I was wrong! Folks, I would not patronize Yahoo with their sleazy pro misses that they don't want to keep! Here is a running transcritpt of my request for a refund so you can see for yourself.

------------Original Message---------------
Hello Sarah,

I am requesting a refund of $552.97, to be credited to my Debit card account. I have taken into account the $5 and $25 that is non refundable. Yahoo Search Marketing is not working out for me. I have chosen another venue to gain exposure. Your quick response to my refund will be appreciated.

Sincerely,

Larry

OKAY, It is a known fact that you LIED to me. NOW, the question is, HOW do you plan on making it right with me? For starters, how about adding 15% to my refund of $82.94 to compensate me of earned interest and frustration of working with your LIES. Or do you feel comfortable in being known as a thief of your customer's money? What do you want me to up-date my report with?

Larry
