Complaint Review: Sarah Jane. Dogging.co.uk

1. we signed up to Dogging.co.uk as a couple believing we had 100% Free accsses to the cam and chat room as stated on there home page. once we had registered we found out that we had to pay five pounds to gain accsess to cam and chat.

2.We reluctently paid the five pounds and entered the chat room.

3. Whilst in the chat room we asked other people in there why we had to pay, and asked if the site was scamming us.

4. We were then told that girls photo verified could gain accsess to the cam and chat for free.

5.There is no mention of this on the sign up page to say that men and couples have to pay to gain accsess to cam and chat

6.We then tried to post our concerns in the forum regarding the 100% free cam and chat only to find that our account had been permanently disabled

7.We recieved no notice of this from the web hostess,Sarah Jane and all functions on our account have been disabled with no way of contacting them concerning a refund of our money.

8.we then searched for a website contact email address and phone number but there are no contact details what so ever.

9.We believe this site is false advertising and we believe this site to be a scam site as there is no way of contacting anyone to find out why we have been disabled or to ask for a refund of our money.
