Sarah Phelps - teacup kings scam artist, Houston and Dallas Texas
Beware of Sarah Phelps from Teacup Kings in the Dallas, Texas area is a scamer. We bought a little 2lb female yorkie paid for jan 2009 for 1,000 USD. 3 different times saying she was going to ship her and never did. Then didnt hear from her for few weeks then got an e-mail from Leah Barlow saying she's a good friend of Sarah and a breeder, saying she sends puppies every week and she knows how to do it. So we went with her trying to get a date to receive our puppy, once again, we didn't hear from her for a while and gave us another excuse saying she had just got back from a dog show and so on. Few more weeks went by and still nothing. Finally we e-mailed both Leah and Sarah saying we were going to pursue other avenues. We e-mailed Sarah's husband asking why she hasn't got back to us and we got another excuse saying that her grandmother died and she was gone out of the state. After that we told her we just want our money back and she tried saying the puppy is sweet and she would be shipped that weekend. We just told her we want our money back and then everytime we got a different excuse, first that her bank account wasn't bounded to her paypal account, later she said she was going to do it during night and never happend either, she told us later that she was going to send 500 through paypal and the other 500 through western union, later she said she was going to send the whole amount through western union and give us the control number to cash it... never happend either, her excuses were "I'll send you the control number as soon as I get back home", "I had a car accident and I couldn't send it yet".
She tried to make us sign a contract which says that we received the puppy before she give us the control number. We are currently filling papers with the Attorney Generals office.

I responded to an add on craigslist for a french bull dog litter.I gave a deposit in the amount of $450 then another for $500, Sarah Phelps had me going for the past 2 months promising me a french bulldog, she postponed our meetings 4 times then had me drive out to meet her wait 3 hours and never showed or heard from her again. All the while sending me updates, contracts, and pictures. I will pursue this fully. Dont be another victim!

Please return my $ 2200.00 you stole from me. It has been over three years now and I still haven't heard back from you. I no you are no longer communiting with Larissa the DA because she no longer works there. Please rest assure you will be caught. You have said numerous times you would refund my money but we have yet to see it. How can you sleep at night knowing you have scammed so many people. Please start making things right and repaying the people you scammer or things will be much worse once you are caught and you will be caught.

Even reading her response to you, you can tell the Sarah is a liar. If she knew she could not fulfill the puppy "orders" the nwhy did she keep taking more peoples money? And why is she still doing it to this day? There re much mroe recent ripoff reports about her. A leopard can't change its spots

Just wanted to leave a quick non aggressive not stating iam fully cooperating with Larissa Lynch Via the District Attorneys office.You can confirm this with her. I have cooperated since the 1st letter they sent me and been in contact ever since then,we are getting together.I will provide documents to prove things which have been said.I take 100 percent total liability for all these complaints,noones boyfriend,friend,mom or anyone else should be blamed or dragged thru the mud due to my actions,Everyone will be repaid and this will be resolved as quickly as possiable.without confrontation.Iam working directly thru The DA's office rather then with you the buyers to avoid any arguements or harsh words.While of course you are mad and annoyed exchanging harsh words and name calling will solve nothing ! As were are all adults here.
SO postings stating iam uneducated or a crackhead are immature and uncalled for.Yes i have made mistakes .UNINTENTIONAL.Iam sure more then 1 person on here has gone thru hard times.I will no longer try and defend myself as theres no point.One complaint turned everyone againist me so again everyone will be fully refunded and we can all move on.As a result of these postings i lost my job so the funds to repay people took longer then anticipated.Iam not some monster who belongs in jail and i hate that i hurt people and eachday i pray for patience and forgiveness! In closing i will say some statements on here are so low and wrong! Everyone seems to like to tell one side of the story only and not the whole truth.For example the complaint on here from the Canadian women forgets to mention my name was nowhere on those Chihuahuas registration papers there for i didnt ok and agree with them being purebreed i was actually scammed in this situation and i now know how it feels.SHe also failed to mention that I paid her back 500 dollars thru my own paypal account which was recorded.I have offered people new pups from other breeders i know,payments iam trying here ....If i didnt care i wouldnt feel so horriable nor try and make it right,Yes it was a nightmare and took a long time but it came to a point where all i could do was go thru the Legal system and stop trying to fight this huge battle on my own.Going thru the legal system i can handle this efficently in a non confrontational manner. I no longer need mean emails or threats please.Another example Kandi from Illinios emails calling me a w***e and crackhead.This is the wrong way to handle any situation.Noone needs to like me but just know iam standing up for my mistakes and working hard to fix this,Noone else is to blame but me!
The comments on here about renting a home has nothing what so ever to do with this dog issue ,nothing at all! Also noone took photos of your 6 year old mixed pug ..please.I must have wanted 50 dollars for her huh? Please dont add on things and tell one sided stories.Past buyers of course have the right to tell there stories and file complaints all i ask is tell the truth and the whole truth in your stories.As to a non Hurricane Ike victim thats crap! dont think anyone would make that up,funny thing is FEMA has my application for aid on file in which if anyone knows anything about fema they know they come inspect your home and make sure all is legit! FYI i did not get any aid because i did have a JOB! People can fall on hard times and its tuff to get back on your feet and thats the truth nothing was ever intentional ,and iam so sorry to everyone.Iam able to show many references prior to when things got bad to show this is not something i have always done or that has happened a lot.

I am sure you are aware of this but Sarah Phelps and Leah Barlow are the same person. There are also many people who are scammed by her through real estate matters. I for one. She would email and make up stories of things that just did not happen I don't know if she thought putting them on paper was true or not. Probably in her twisted sick mind. She has a boyfriend as well, his name is Terry Newell and somehow they are linked to a Carolyn S. Newell. Description - She is a white female, 5' 3-4", petite frame, reddish brown hair; he is a black male, 6' 2-3", short hair. He is the quiet one who lets her talk and control the situation. Everyone beware of these two they are crooks, liars and two sick individuals who believe their own lies. How they sleep at night I do not know, but they are not that smart to get away with what they do forever.
