Sarah collection agnecy collected over $4500.00 back in November of last year, and did not send my check less her fee. I called Sarah and left her many messages. She never called me back, after she promiced she would find out why my check did not go out. After i called the debtor myself i was informed that the check did clear.
The debtor also sent me a copy of the check, she did sign it. The check was cashed at some type of check cashing place.
Thank you so much for providing me information and a List of the other collection clients for Goldman, Griffin & Grant, Inc.
Agent X do you have a Lawer in Dallas to contact to file a Law Suit on her?

To answer your question... Yes i do one attoney that a lot of the GGG Client's are using!
By using the same attorney. This will reduce the cost you have to spend on attorney's fee's. One all the law suits are filed the attorney will go the D.A.!
With matters such as this the D.A. needs a certain dollar amount to be filed and number of cases, in order to make sure this matter will go from a civil breech of contract to Fraud.
