Saratoga University School of Law and Dann R. Johnson's alleged JD degree of 2005 San Jose, Califronia Internet
Dann R. Johnson (see Development Executive Group) has submitted a resume to my company, which claims that he graduated with a JD from Saratoga University School of Law. That appears to be impossible because according to your report & reports from the San Jose Mercury News that the California Bar banned the school in September 2004. From his lack of legal experience and writing sample, it is clear that he is not a lawyer.
As you have reported extensively about the Saratoga University School of Law, I would like to add this case to your file. It is not clear whether Johnson is part of the degree mill scam or whether Saratoga University School of Law is still operating underground. The latter should be investigated by California State Bar Association. If it is the former, the Development Executive Group should delete his resume.
I notice that Saratoga University School of Law is not on the Ripoof Report list any longer and I assume that is because this internet school has actually been closed down by California authorities.

It was David T that wrote the posting to smear you name. The old fool has been Jealous of you since he first saw you. You have accomplished a lot in life at your age, where as he has accomplished nothing but riding the coat tails of his wife, and he is over 60.
We did some checking around on him in Indonesia, and found he has quite a past. My cousin you met, that works in immigration is putting a red flag on his name. That is to say, he will not gain entry into Indonesia again. We are trying to get him kicked out now.
Not sure why he is here? he was born in Vietnam, married a white woman in Europe, and hates Americans, as well as Muslims. One friend told me because of the money his wife and he are stealing from the EU. Not sure on all the information yet, just know we are checking everything.
Personally I think he is a grotesque little old man with serious sexual issues.
Strange how he pointed out your Development Homepage, and not your legal homepage? Washington DC? That is not your Bar License states, so what does he gain from it?

The California State Bar has confirmed that Saratoga School of Law (internet correspondence school) lost all rights in California on September 18, 2004. It was noted that this school from the very beginning was never accredited. But it was banned altogether in 2004 due to allegations of fraud among other things.
Some people, however, continue to claim to be lawyers, based on false degrees from Saratoga University School of Law.
To avoid the rip-off, employers should be aware of such people--like Dann R. Johnson-- claiming that they are lawyers by stating that they have valid degrees from Saratoga University School of Law.
