This complaint is about the SAS marketing group not the product, " Dutch Glow ". I ordered one bottle of this product for $10.00 plus s&p of $7.95. When the box arrived it had four bottles.

I called customer service and was "rudely" told to send back the overage but I would still be charged the S&P and have to pay to return the package as well. The S&P is 80% of the purchase price and I refuse to pay for anothers mistake.

I've called the service manager for the last four days without a return call . My only recourse is to stop payment on my credit card and return the package C.O.D. .

I would like to try the product but will not deal with this Co. ever again. I would like to report this company to the state and federal agencys dealing with this kind of ripoff.

My next move will be to contact the media and the network that's selling this product. My hope is they will be removed from the publics view.
