My daughter purchased some items from a direct sales person that pressured her into the sale Invoice #2227. The sale was made via paypal and my bank account on August 18, 2014. when I received the the items on August 28, 2014 and asked my daughter about it and it was determined that we would return the items for a refund as she did not have permission to get them. I contacted the Representative Casie on several occassions to ask her what I should do. I had no luck getting ahold of her. After several attempts to contact the DS representative I decided to call the company. Meanwhile I asked the post office what I should do. they said since I did not open the package, they could mark it for return. On September 15, 2014 I took it back to the post office for return. Mariame at the Aransas Pass Post office assisted me in this matter. The box was marked for return and returned to Sass N Frass. On September 26, 2014 the box arrived at Sass N Frass. I gave them a few days and started to try and contact via phone with the information. I left messages twice, once on October 3, and once on October 2, 2014 that I had returned the package and would like a refund. After not hearing anything for awhile I decided to try and get ahold of them personally, again. I logged into my account and found and "email". I was never forwarded to a real person and the entire transaction from there on was done via email. I continued to call with no call returns. the following is a copy of how I have been treated:

    This info is not true if you'd have read our previous contact with you. You had sent to a address that could not be fowarded to you. You did not personally return the item yourself or have it marked so. We kindly messaged you asking for your address to send to you. You just now wrote us back stating that you have messaged several times but this is untrue info as the system marks everything and this is the first time you have contacted us about it. Since you have filled a charge back from your bank we no longer can refund you as they will be handling it and debt from us.

    As you can see they never attemped to contact me when the box was returned but "emailed" me after I had left them a message on their listed telephone no. The box was returned to them on September 26, 2014 yet it took them until October 3, 2014 to contact me after recieving two phone calls from me. I finally got tired of dealing with them and told them to just send the box to our vacation home in NC. Now they want to charge me for it? I believve these people work for themselves and not their customers; taking any penny they can get.
    Both my Mother and the Post office Clerk, Miriam Heil are willing to back up my story. I would just like my money back.

After 3 months of fighting and finally resorting to social media for a voice; I finally recieved an appology and a refund  via paypal.

We have sent a full refund to this customer with an apology for this behavior. Furthermore the person who spoke to her in this matter has been let go. We are truely sorry this got overlooked and will go above and beyond for our customers.
