Complaint Review: Satellite Reception L.L.C. / FTA4WORLD

Thanks for the post. Now I know where to go for my FTA codes. Soon as I get home (I'm over the road trucking, only home every few months) and get my dish set up for my son I will be joining FTA4world.com. No it is not illegal. I have checked this FTA out before and ordered the box and satallite but have not set it up yet. So thanks for letting me know where to join for the nessacary codes.

We are under a attack with hurtful intent posting lies about our site and me.Never has 4world wronged anyone in any way we have a mod that worked on our site in the past started bins 4 all job running their site bashing 4world. We are the only site to offer phone support or web cam no other site does this so we get bashed .People post lies here from other sites to discredit us.We are not a scam but a almost a 500 member site growing and for that we are hated.Other sites hire our mods to hurt us and get at our trade secretes its sad but they reply its just business .We beg for a true investigation to vindicate us from the lies .This same person altered my user name on another site for the purpose of spamming then claimed it was me I HAD TO GET ANOTHER ACCOUNT THEN FOUND OUT THIS PERSON ZACK 1970 CHEVELLE FORMER TOP SUPPER MOD HAS RAN OUR NAME IN THE MUD. This is bad business and ruined our google adds please rip off people lets right this wrong and let our side speak too not just the lie s . thank you fta4world admin .

This person has issues ,we tried to refund him his subscription fee.He responds in his usual non productive manner on this site.We never hurt this person or banned him off our site till today .If testing satellite reception is considered illegal why does he practice this and need our site ? We at fta4world are not breaking any laws last check to our knowlege none of the satellite tv providers own the air though they feel they do. We do not do anything but post firmware and give technical support . We are under the constitution allowed the right of free speech as our person in question here is.This right does not include the right to bear fraudulent claim. He by his own admission joined our site to obtain tv free with out paying the provider of the signal. We provide testing information only what he or other members do is not in our control . It is unfortunate that the by trying to help this person our google add has been ruined we pay thousands only to have a person we helped gave 2mths of free service ,turn on us. HE NEVER HAD A RETURN ADDRESS ON THE MONEY ORDER OR THE PACKAGE IN WHICH IT WAS SENT ,NOR WILL HE REPLY TO MY E MAILS ,THIS IS THE TYPE OF PERSON WE ARE DEALING WITH .WOULD YOU WANT SUCH A PERSON ON YOU WEB SITE OR IN YOUR HOME? THAT IS WHY WE TRIED (UNSUCCESSFULLY) TO REFUND HIS SUBSCRIPTION TO FTA4WORD.WE SINCERELY SEND THIS PERSON OR BEST .WE HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS TO CORRECT THIS WRONG ,WE HAVE NO ADDRESS SO WE HAVE TO SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY ON A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR .PLEASE TAKE THIS PERSON UP READ ALL 23 EMAIL I SENT ,THEY WILL VINDICATE ME AND THE SITE.IF THEY WILL NOT SEND THEM I WILL UPON REQUEST.

Update: December 27, 2008

On December 27, 2008 Satellite Reception Technology,
L.L.C. / FTA4WORLD in Florida sent me an e-mail stated
that they removed my membership and asked me for my
mailing address for them to send me the refund.
And advised me that they hired an attorney
to response to my attack for filling a complaint
on Ripoff report site and to Florida State Attorney
General for forcing me to pay pay pal because
they didn't receive my money order, which was
delivered on December 18th, according to USPS
tracking.

I stated in my ripoff report that on December 22nd,
FTA4WORLD sent me an e-mail stated that they
have not received my money order and were FORCED
to have me to pay by pay pal while the lifetime
membership was winding down in less than 24 hours.
That was on December 22nd.

I also stated that I was upset for them for forcing me to
pay by pay pal.

I wanted people to understand that NO one has
the right to force a customer to pay by pay pal in
the last minute before the memberhsip deadline,
due to not able to find the customers' money order.
I was skepitical, and suspicious in the way they're
handling business.

I also stated in my ripoff report that the FTA4WORLD
site is an illegal operation, which offers new members,
or paid members to download the latest file fixes for
consumers' digita FTA (Free to Air) satellite receivers.
Such as Viewsat and Pansat satellite receivers, to receive
Dish Network and Bev for free without paying subscription.
It's illegal to hack satellite network subscription.

FTA4WORLD denies all the above, my money order
and the way they run their operation website.
They said that it's not lllegal. The download files
are "propose test use" only.

I want to say this, if they have good communication,
by informing me by e-mail that they received my money
order and give me a membership, everything would be
smooth, and that none of this report would happen
by posting on ripoff report and report to the Florida
State Attorney General. But it didn't go smooth, so
I had to do what's best as a customer is by taking action.

I only would report if there something that I'm not satified
with a company. Than I wouldn't if I'm satified with the
company, and I would support them.

I represent FTA4WORLD these claim s are fraudulent .We gave this gentleman a free month of or sites services .He contacted myself and several staff members representing 4world wanting to join our site as a life time member .Our policy is to accept pay pal only ,we made a exception with this client and allowed him to send a money order .Their was a mix up in the mailling address and we recieved the money at a later date ;never was his site privelleges interrupted .Please feel free to read all 21 email corespondance s we shared .UNFORTANTLY IM THE VICTIM HERE. I AM REFOUNDING HIS MONEY IN FULL AND GIVING HIM FREE ACCESS TO THE SITE UNTILL HE TELLS ME HE RECIEIVED HIS REFOUND.Then I WILL ASK HIM NEVER TO RETURN TO FTA4WORLD .THIS SLADER WAS UNWARRENTED AND VERY HURTFUL ,I SPEND THOUSANDS ON GOOGLE ONLY TO HAVE MY NAME SLANDERED FOR NO REASON .The customer called me a 3:00 am last nite i assisted him as my service does our members.Im sick and very hurt by this and will cooperate in any way to save my name .I GUESS THIS IS WHAT BEING NICE GETS YOU ,THIS IS SLANDER AND LIES READ THE EMAILS PEOPLE ILL SEND THEM IF HE WONT ALL 21 OF THEM HE HAS RUINED MY CHRISTMAS AND MY FAMILYS PLEASE DONT THINK WERE A SCAM SITE PEOPLE WE ARE NOT I HAVE OVER THREE HOUNDRED HAPPY MEMBERS ENJOYING OUR SERVICE .SINCERLY YOUR FTA4WORLD ADMIN.

Regarding my ripoff report on Satellite Reception Technology,
L.L.C. / FTA4WORLD in Florida, the one that didn't receive
my money order that I sent, has resolved the problem.

They finaly found my $100 money order and I was told
that now I'm their LIFETIME MEMBER at FTA4WORLD site.

I'm satified, that was a good Christmas gift for change.

For those of you had read my ripoff report regarding this
matter, please disregard and that Satellite Reception
Technology, L.L.C. / FTA4WORLD made a satifaction
for me.

The worst part is if they still haven't got my money order
after the December 23rd Dealine on their LIFETIME
MEMBERSHIP, I would still keep my ripoff report as posted.

Right now, at least for now, I don't think there's no need
to proceed the investigation on Satellite Reception Tech,
L.L.C. / FTA4WORLD. They'd changed for this year's Christmas.
