On the evening our system was installed, I asked about our free gift which I was told about from the rep that called our home The guy setting up our tv to the system told us I would recieve our dvd/5 pc surround sound system 5 months after having the service.

I asked if we had to sign anything he said no, it will automatically be sent to your home address. Well after 7,8, months went by we started contacting directv,they told us to look in the yellow pages for a number for satellite systems,when we could not find any number we contacted directv again.They said sorry we have no information or number for you.Do what we told you the first time look in your yellow pages!

We then did a search on the internet and found out about all the other people ripped off from the same company!!! It seems to me directv should have done a background check on these people.

It looks to me like directv & satellite systems network are in kahoots with each other just to get the sale and then RIP OFF the consumer.It really iks me that they continue to get by with this,as far as I am concerned they are JERKS!!!!!!

I have sent to Mr. Clark the correct form to use to fill out for this Home Theater Promotion. I can always request shipment as soon as we receive the information completed.
