Satellite Systems Network,LLC is a national maketing agent for DirecTV Inc. They (Satellite Systems Network,LLC) mailed me an advertising card stating that if I changed my cable TV service to DirecTV (Satellite) service they would send me a FREE Home Theater Center, ie: CD/DVD player with six speaker surround sound system.

After a six month waiting period and sending in all the required documentation I contacted Satellite Systems Network,LLC only to be told that the Home Theater Sytems were back ordered.

I waited another month, called several more times only to be hung up on, transfered to a voicemail recording.

Finally I reached an individual who informed me that I would receive the Home Theater System on July 2, 2004. Well July 2nd came and went I called Satellite Systems Network,LLC one more time only to be informed that the Home Theater Systems wre back ordered.

Satellite Systems Network,LLC has put me off time and time again not making good on their advertised premiums. So I have filed reports with the following agencies:

The Attorney General's Offices in California and Ohio.
The United States Postal Inspector's Office, (mail fraud division). The BBB of California and Ohio and The FTC.

Do Not Do Business with this company, they will not follow through on their advertised products or services.
