My wife ordered a night gown for our honeymoon in May of 2002 this is now January 2003 and we still have not received the night gown and they charged our account on the day we ordered it. We also have not received a credit to our bill. They have our credit card number and the expire date. We call them and they never return our calls the box is to full, this person does not handle this you will have to call a different place, we continue to get the run around on this. All we would like is our $43 back.

You indicated that you used a credit card for this purchase. Try calling your credit card company and tell them you never received the merchandise.

There is a special rule for credit card purchases allowing you to dispute when merchandise is not delivered or not what was ordered. I know there is a time limit on this, just not how long it is. Your credit card company is not out the money either, they simply back-charge the seller.
