My e-mails over concern for my order were never answered and all I ever got by calling there 800 number was a recording.In February, a week before Valentines Day On a Saturday afternoon, a lady named Angela called and said that only 2 were working at the shop from 4-9 on Tuesday's and Thursday's and said things were backed up for Valentine orders.That was the last I heard from the.

This company is not to be trusted and I would advise every women to avoid this company. I had great success with secret sirens and would greatly recommend them to anyone who even concidered Satin N Lace Shops.
