Satin N Lace Shops ripoff thieves took my money for merchandise ordered but did not deliver Roselle Park New Jersey

In July, I ordered merchandise from Satin N Lace Shops. After several weeks of waiting for some response from them, I decided to contact them at the toll free number provided by them.

A lady answered sounding as though I had just awakened her. I questioned her about my order. She told me that the order would be shipped in 5 to 10 working days. I asked her about a tracking number or some way to keep track of the progress of my order.

I was told that the order is processed as soon as they received the money. The order was automatically withdrawn from my checking account.

I was patient in waiting, understanding about back orders and such. After a month of not hearing from them or not receiving any merchandise, I e-mailed them.

It took about two weeks to get a response. I was notified that my order was being looked into. This was the first of August. Since then I have e-mailed them constantly and as of today, August 18, I have gotten no response.

I notified Yahoo of the problem, and they have taken them off their business listings for their website. Any help you can give me concerning retrieving my money would be gratefully appreciated.

I don't want the merchandise now but my hard earned money. It is a shame that businesses would be allowed to get away with this kind of thing.
