I placed an order with the Satin-N-Lace shops on November 4th 2002. I had been searching the internet for Large size clothing and in particular lingerie as my size 22 daughter is getting married on 2-15-03. This web site popped up and as I had been shopping on the internet for Christmas gifts with many other companies (reputable) I assumed that this site/store would be as honorable.

I happened to be talking to my daughter today about the wedding plans and it came to my attention that I still have not received my order from these people. My daughter jumped online to obtain a phone number for these people and again I got the answering system as with every other phone call. My daughter found the fraud line and we have decided that I have been robbed of about $260.00 and have no hope of seeing the product that I ordered in good faith.

I have tried to call these people many times and always got an answering machine, I have sent a few emails and they get returned as undeliverable. I would love to get my money back but at this point I don't see that happening. I hope these people can sleep at night knowing that they rip off honest hard working people. I did leave them a phone message that I will contact the BBB and the state department of Consumer Fraud to report yet one more scam in this world.

Buyer Beware...these people are the scum of the earth.

I am a new employee at Satin N Lace shops in Roselle Park NJ. I met the owner at a party about a month ago and finally decided to come on board part time. Now I can come here and type all kinds of standard answers for what's going on but I'm not going to that.

Satin N Lace is a wonderful company that has had it's share of bad luck. Prior to my joining the company they unfortunately fell victim to a couple of computer viruses which caused alot of orders to be lost along with the contact list of clients, new and repeat. Besides that going on, they have been extremely short staffed. I for one only work in the store part time, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays as I have a full time job.

In the past two weeks I have been working on back tracking all orders that may have been "lost" in the system and sending out apology emails, making phone calls trying to rectify the situation.

All we can do is offer our apologies and try to get everyone's orders to them. Thank you.
