Complaint Review: Satin N Lace

I've just discovered this site to please forgive my tardiness in posting this.

I ordered from this site in late 2001. I heard the same excuses about the World Trade Center somehow affecting their ability to ship lingerie. I bought it, what else could I do?

3 months later I called back and spoke with the infamous Phyllis. She was very very rude. I threatened to attempt to get the charge reversed on my credit card and screamed, "Go ahead and do it--why should I care?" and hung up on me. I left many messages only to have Mike call me back and apologize saying that he's had many complaints about Phyllis and that he'd be letting her go soon (yeah right!) and he again said that the shipment would be in soon.

Gee, it's been 2 years, wonder if I'm ever going to see it??

I'm out around $120.00. These con-artists should be shut down by now. What kind of a check and balance systems exists that they can still be bilking people for money like this????

If that "Tamika" person who responded to one of the complaints on here is for real, then please respond to this and let me know--is the company really trying to make amends because I've gotten neither my order NOR my money back. I'm thinking of following the lead of some of you smarter people, digging out my reciepts and filing an official complaint against them. They have NO scruples!!!!
