Complaint Review: Satin Youth

I seen Satin Youth advertised on Facebook.  The more I was reading about it the more I got interested in the product. There was a trail period and I only had to pay for shipping. The shipping was less then $7.00 and $99.95 if I liked a decided to keep the products. I received Satin Youth and used it everyday but was not happy with the results so I cancelled before the cancelling date but to my surprise Satin Youth took $99.95 out of my account even though I cancelled the product. When I called the representative apologized and explained something happened and my cancellation didn't process so she said "she would cancel it again." This was in January 2017, here it is May 2017 and I was denied my $99.95 refund that I was told in January I would receive back. When I called today, I couldn't really understand what the respresenative was saying "but he told me "I would not get my money back." The representative talked over me, interrupted me and denied connecting me to a manager/supervisor 7 different times. Finally, the manager/supervisor got on the line and was just as rude as the guy before him. I could barely understand the second man but once again I was told "I was not getting my $99.95 back and there was nothing I could do."
