TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

We have been a member of Satisfaction Enterprises since July. It has truly been the WORST experience that I have ever encountered. It has been so poor that because of such bad communication at Member Services and at Reservations that I am extremely frustrated.

The current blunder by Member Services is regarding our planned trip that we bought at our presentation in Portland, OR in July, 2015. After numerous phone calls (answering machine), emails, text, and online chatting it's gotten us nowhere in our attempt to have someone update us regarding our Hawaiian vacation.

I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR AN UPDATE SINCE AUGUST!!!  YES AUGUST.. and was told by Nicole that I would hear back in September. I called in early September and was told that she would be back from vacation on Sept. 7th or 8th and that I would be receiving a call. It's November 10th and not a call. At least 3 of your reservation agents have sent direct emails to Member Services with an "urgent" contact client message and they get no response. I called reservations because I can talk to a live person and discuss my situation with the hope that they can do something that I cannot since they are connected.

I paid $6098.00 for a service that does not exist. Member Services never answers their phones or return calls, your reservation agents don't know how to help us since the parent company does not provide them with direct lines to member services, and supervisors at both locations cannot follow through with the basic customer concerns because they won't or can't connect with each other and so in return they just pass it back to the phone operators, who relay the same customer service number or common email to us the customer.

Will you or somebody you know please call me regarding my membership and somebody  who can personally address my complaint?  Please do so immediately!

Since we have never used your company for travel I want a full refund of our membership and travel fee ($6098.00) since you have not honored our signed contract. We've never used it and by the looks of things I really do not see anyone in your company with the confidence/experience or competence to step up and take a leadership role in customer relations. You need someone who can help improve/teach successful communication skills, quicken response times, deal with client concerns,  and be able to correctly book worldwide vacations without a glitch.

If you check my correspondences from July you will see my track record of calls/messages and online chatting with your company representatives. There has been way too many for me not to get some resolve to my questions.

Please contact me immediately with solutions and NOT apologies as I've heard them from the day we joined. Refund my money!

Update: SAVONRESORTS.COM (reservation company) is terminating their contract with Satisfaction Enterprises.
