Saturn Corporation ripoff Saturn VTi trasmission, defective trasmission irresponsibly marketed to the public. My VTi 2003 VUE trasmission is useless like that of many others. I am now waiting on my third trasmission. The company should recall this trasmission and assume responsibility. Spring Hill Tennessee
My 2003 Saturn Vue is a perfect example of extreme engineering failure. Before reaching 50,000 mi it developed severe ball bearing and engine gasket failure, air conditioning compressor needed replacing followed by a wobbly,hesitant transmission which the dealer neglected to acknowledge. Of course this was followed by the notorious VTI trasmission self destruct demolition properties.
I am waiting for my third transmission at 78,000mi. The transmission experts are aware and have reassured me to keep expecting more bizarre self demolitions of this VTI transmission. I hope I can join a class action suit to repair the harm. Saturn needs to make retributions.

I had the same problem. My 2003 Saturn VUEs transmission and engine went out. I had to spend over $2,000 to put a used engine in. Then my transmission went out. I got advice from two major/reputable mechanics and they both told me that my engine went out because my transmission failed. Saturn will not assume responsibitly for the cost of the engine. What happened to car companies actually caring about their customers?? I visited the owner of the local Saturn dealership where my car was purchased (brand new) and he told me that I "wasting my time" and he isnt going to "give me a penny". He was rude and disrespected myself and my elderly father (who is retired from General Motors after 40 years). SATURNS ARE JUNK. THEY ARE SELLING VUE'S WITH VTI TRANSMISSIONS THAT ARE NO GOOD! SATURN CORP WILL NOT HELP EITHER!!
