Ok here go's just a word of advice: god help you if you buy a car from saturn of cerritos! and be sure to stay away from Paul D, and ken! they ripped me off big time.

i have not had my used car very long well they can care less if your one of there used car customers if you bought a used one you are screwed!

first the transmission, the windows all craked, the liner inside the roof of the car fell, the car runs but it likes to stop when it wants to saturn says oh well you bought a used car! Ha Ha they must be laughing!

I am on a very tight budget and i wondered on to there lot because i needed another car mine had les miles but i was lead to believe that the one i was getting would last much longer then a few months to which it started to fall apart inside and out!

it is a rip off i know if you buy a used car this is what you get but they won't even stand behind the car at all if i was going to buy a new one they would be kissing my bottom!

Please if you are thinking of buying a car from them go somewhere elese, im not saying other saturns are bad but becarfull for the franchised ones the satun company owned dealers are backed by the saturn corp like anaheim they are backed by the saturn corp.

i am back to square one i have a less then half a*s car that has cost me more then i will pay for it in repairs and hassle and down time it sits around more then it is used it sucks!

buyer beware! Saturn of Cerritos is a scam bussiness! especialy if you are on a budget and you have to buy a used car!

some of us can't buy new at first but if you can it is always the best way to go! my other car was a better car!

Im going to buy a new one next year never a saturn again/ with a computer a dam computer!

yes im upset but it is a valuable lesson and im just learning, just don't go there you will get scamed they even called my bank trying to find out how much money i had in other accounts, they even tried to say i was in front of them athorizing the call for more info after i had left!

i did try to return the car several times, but they only wanted to do a trade for a new one or i can leave with the one i got scerwed into buying!

oh well if you have been scamed i want to know leave your comments here. maybe we can prevent someone elese from the same robbery. but remember wherever you shop "buyer beware!" pissed off in orange

To the up set customer in orange county. I Can understand your frustration for the situation. having a broke down car that you probably have to still pay for. but, consider if you will that you had a car that you wanted to sell, that you owned since day one. you decide to sell it.

you take it to a trained saturn technician to have the car checked out and it passes an inspection. or maybe it doesn't pass and you pay to have it fixed. and as far as you know the car is in perfect condition afetr all you've owned the car.so you advertise the car and you sell it.

two days later the purchaser calls you because the car broke down. he complains that a computer went out and he wants you to pay the $600 repair bill. i would consider this point, you owned the car how could there be a problem? after all you had the car inspected/repaired already!!!

for the three years i worked for saturn of cerritos i have seen that company spend more money on repair/shop bills than any other car store. making for a less profit margin! also i have never before seen a car company that actually would exchange a car if you were not happy with it. they have bent over backwards for hundreds of customers in the used car department. they will do what is within reason for anybody.

also saturn is the only car company that will exchange a used car within 30 days. so if this car had so many problems why wouldn't you want to trade it? get a different one. then you would have an option instead of just staying with a brokedown car. saturn is the only company that will give that option! no one else will. by law they don't even have to exchange the car, then it is really too bad so sad! at least you had an option!

and why is it paul d. or ken fault the car broke down. no one can predict that. even people that owned cars for years can't predict a part breaking. I myself as a consumer apoligize for your misfortune but your upset for the worng reasons. these people do there best day in day out. saturn has the best sales and service satisfaction in the united states. so give them the benefit of the doubt that cars are man made and can break anytime! what if the car broke a year after you owned would it still be their fault?
