Complaint Review: Saturn Of KNoxville

We took our saturn vue in for service.The side airbag is defective needing replaced. They were keeping vue overnight, and giving us a loaner.Enterprise rentals shows up to pick us up to take us to their office and do paperwork. They need credit card only going to charge one dollar. We keep car two days, return it.

I check bank online the next day they charged us $17.00 for insurance, which we said we declined. We called Enterprise to dispute charges they said we agreed to it and that I signed contract I was told that was regarding my own insurance. I called Saturn hoping that they would help me with this problem because I HAD to use Enterprise because they were contracted with them but they told me to call back 4 days later and unable to do anything at all. That was the reason this was filed against Saturn.
