I had contact the company that claims they have 4 locations in San Francisco, Miami, Toronto - this is a lie - they have no physical locations. The small business is run by Elizabeth Rhodes out of her home. I spoke to Ms Rhodes numerous times about the needs and details of our signage and logo design. What we got in return was garbage. My 5 year old could have done a better design. I spoke to her about changing the design and she became irrate and non compliant. I was not offered a refund and there are soo many other businesses that do so much better than 'Saucy Piaffe'
WASTE OF MONEY -- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE - POOR PROFESSIONALISM AND POOR PRODUCTS

We take great pride in the quality of our work and our customer service. I do not recall having a conversation of this sort. If you have qualms or issues with your logo design, you can feel free to contact us directly. Under no circumstances would we not issue a full refund or try to make it right. the quality of our work speaks for itself.
