Sauk City Specialty Items is run by Charles Littel.Deceptive business practices include-making out invoices with no invoice number on them and then double and triple charging you after you have paid for the invoice-making confusion out of a totally inept booking system. The Werners Gourmet meat Snacks Charles sell you have 3 to 6 months left before expiring for resale. Other companies have 1 to 2 years. Most meat snack products go moldy after being opened on the merchants shelf aftera very short time period. You then have to credit or replace the product or you get thrown out of the store because of the moldy meat.Charles would not credit or replace any product and SWore that the company only gives credit for product which molds in the bag-Before you open it only!!! Upon calling Ken-the owner of Werners meats-he told me that is NOT his policy and that Charles should have given credit on bad product all along. Upon contacting Sauk City-the registered return receipt for the billing of all bad product was never signed for and returned to me.I have now filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office here in Wisconsin and keep copies of all harrassing e-mails from Sauk City.
