having trouble with the speakers on the hp desktop purchased at office max

bought the office max warranty is case of problems, the warranty is the problem  i called the 800 number they had tech support call back we went thru the dill nothing would work

they will send tech out he could not make the 1st appointment, and i wish he that would not have should up for the second appt. the computer was working fine all but the speakers, he replaced the motherboard, and started the recovery disc install after the 3rd disc he told me to install the 4th disc, and then it would take 3-4 hours to complete, after he left i kept checking the computer and on the screen an error message showed error with recovery call tech. i called tech and he said they will call me back in a couple of days with a new appt. this is not acceptable i called the store's manager and got the second in command he said he would see what he could do

i called at 8am this monring it is now noon and still nothing. i think that they should refund the money paid for the
warranty
