Complaint Review: Savannah van lines

 Retained this company for a move from Indiana to Florida. I paid a $600 and received a contract for the move. One week before I moved I received a call verifying the move but no arrival time from the movers. The moving day arrives and still have not heard from the movers. 25 voicemails later I get the first of many run around responses, the dispatcher will call shortly. He never called. Another 10 phone calls later I am told I'm not on the schedule to which I respond I have a contract. I was told they'd call me right back. One hour later all calls are going to voicemail. At this point I am fuming,I need to be out of my house and have no movers. To. Make a long story short I ended up hiring another moving co mpany at the last minute at triple the cost plus being out my $600 deposit.
