Save Avenue Does it get any worse? 9 Months and not a single sale! Scottsdale Arizona
I signed up with Save Avenue in December '07. I have not had a single sale. All they want is more money to advertise, buy more search engines, etc...
The "coaching" is a joke. It takes a long time, several business days to weeks to get a coach to call back. I have asked that they help with the monitoring of my site to keep it updated and that went unrecognized.
The "receptionist" is condescending and rude. Getting to a "higher up" make take an act of THE higher up, God.
I just want my money back and move on... any suggestions on getting my refund?

We appreciate the chance to respond, we have actually worked hand and hand with this member, and unfortunantly some people are just never satisfied, in reviewing this case, Jodi had recieved numerous phone calls from our coaching department to which she was never available for, or requested we call back, We worked hand and hand with Jodi whenever she requested, as to domain changes, back office issues, etc... We have explained on numerous occasions that most members recieve results when they are proactive, unfortunantly Jodi ethier does not have the time or just does not want to be that kind of member, this type of situation is best expressed as "you can lead a horse to water but you can not make them drink. We have followed all the policies and procedures as directed by our company. (Jodi I tried to call you again regarding this matter as we are more than willing to work with you, but you must meet us half way.)
