Save Avenue Scam,Scam,Scam...... Phoenix Arizona
I have read many statements about Save Avenue and I agree Save Avenue is a SCAM and I am would like to know if there is a class action lawsuit against this company and if there is not we should all band together and expose this company.
I suggest writing to your congress person to inform them of the corrupt practices
of this company and write your local news.If enough people complain about this company something will have to be done.
I have also been scammed by Save Avenue.I currently have 1733 hits and not one sale!!!
I believe it's time for people to stand up and demand justice against this corrupt company and bring the company to it's knees.

We appreciate the chance to respond in the false complaint made against our company with Ray. First I would like to address the fact that we guarantee exposure to the business not sales, but in this case Ray made commissions from sales from the exposure we provided.
Ray you really should list all the details truthfully in this matter, you did recieve commissions, you did recieve a refund of your initial start up cost minus the commissions you recieved. Sir you even went as far as to iniate a charge back with your credit card company as to which you LOST, and we a reputable company still went out of our way to work with you, as we are not crooks, or a scam.
We try very hard to make sure our members can be as comfortable as possible through the transition of a converting business, unfortunantly we can not make everyone happy all of the time.
We DO NOT scam anyone, it is up to the members which include you RAY to be proactive in your business, if YOU choose not to be proactive in your business, then the results are clearly on you sir.
We fulfilled on our responsabilities to you as we do our best for all our members. It is illegal to make FALSE reports and SLANDER a company, we have all our documentation in this matter and consider this complaint FALSE as well as RESOLVED SATISFACTORY!
