save avenue this company lied, the 1-800 phone #, i always reach a recording & no one returns my phone calls. phoenix, Arizona
I invested in this online store lastyr 2010, now its 2011, its been a whole yr, and i haven't profited one sale $0. I tried to get my money back within the 3 days that i purchase my online 5,000 product store, cause wasn't for sure and save avenue representative Jay Martinez said, that the credit card had already gone through process. Jay Martinez said that i would reap back my investment in a couple months. I have advertise my online store like crazy, still no sales. my website crashed in the middle of december, it took them a whole month to get it up and running again. before my website crash i could see if i was getting hits and i was, but no sales. after my website was up running until now its reading no hits, they didnot even work out all the flaws.
From the last 3-4 months, i cannot contact anyone at the 1-800#, no matter what time i call, i gets the voice message. I have left several of messages and no one will return my call. Now when i call, the voice messages is full, so i can't leave a message. Save avenue is very misleading, the store product prices are jack up so high, and makes it hard for consumers to purchase products from my online store, cause they can get a better price shopping on ebay, amazon, & other web site. Save avenue can have this store back, i just want the $5000, i invest in advertising or ship me my products that are worth $5000, so i can have the option to have control over my own pricing. IN "JESUS NAME" I WANT MONEY BACK. Save avenue representatives are misleading and liars, they are not a good company to due business with. They prey on the weak & honest, and GOD FORBID!!!!
