Complaint Review: Save On Cleaners Save A Lot Cleaners

A WARNING to all those people who want to save a buck on dry cleaning - DON'T! "Save On Cleaners" aka "Save A Lot Cleaners" charge about 2 bucks to clean anything but it's no bargain when all they do is ruin your clothes.

I had shirts come back un-ironed as if they were just thrown into a washing machine and they ruined my favorite black suit that I paid over $100. They don't know what they are doing and offered nothing of compensation when I complained about my suit. They claimed it was my fault for not telling them the suit had vinyl in it. Would a professional dry cleaner not be able to recognize vinyl???

They are INCOMPETENT - You'd be better off putting your clothes into a washing machine! It seems like a bargain but its not - don't be fooled. Better to pay more for quality cleaners than risk your clothes being ruined.
