Complaint Review: Save Your Identity Now

I signed up for a TRIAL membership for $2.95 with my debit card. The next morning I'm checking my bank account and there is a charge pending for $19.95!

I immediately call them. The customer service guy was really nice. He said the money would be refunded and offered me a three month free membership and a $100.00 gas voucher for my trouble. I let him know I wasn't interested in the membership any longer.

The next morning I was checking my bank account and the charge is no longer pending, but has been taken out of my account. I immediately call again. The sevice rep. says that only $17.00 can be refunded and offered me the 3 month free membership and gas voucher as well, and that he doesnt know anything about what I was told the day before that he would have a manager call me.

Since then, I have emailed them twice at customer service and support. No one bothers to reply. I will continue to call and email them, as well as report them to the better business bureau. Even if I finally get my money back they have terrible service.
