We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint made against our company by this member. I have red this complaint and would like to respond to some of the issues this member has with our company. Gina first talks about a child like book we send out in our welcome package, we have simplified the book so people that who are not either computer savey or not business orientated can understand the verbiage, it is referred to as simplifying information. Gina you have us confused with SMC as you do not have to buy any products as your site is already stocked with products, you are able to in fact purchase products for your own personal use from your buyers club. Gina we are sorry you are not happy with our program, we have made the business opportunity simple for you as your only requirements are to work with your business as well as market your business.
