I ordered a hydrogen generator May 20th specifically using my credit card. The charge went through within minutes, as a "debit transaction without pin" on my bank statement (banks usually do not reverse debit transaction). I didn't hear from or receive the product for a week before I called. I spoke with John who said they are swamped with orders and mine would be on UPS "tomorrow or the next day" and that UPS would email me tracking info when it entered their system.

3 days, nothing. I called and left multiple messages. Finally got John again. Again was assured my shipment would be on the UPS truck tomorrow or the next day. 3 days nothing. Same scenario, tomorrow or the next day. Then nothing. No one picks up on any of the extensions, voice mails full and cannot accept any more. Emails have an autoresponder with " To improve customer service this email box is no longer monitored, However your questions are important to us we have switched 100% to a trackable ticket system" The trackable ticket system they employ is the black hole customer service.

I contacted my bank who routed me to the fraud division and reversed the charges. It should not have been transacted as debit. I'm still looking for a hydrogen generator. I know that they work. Anyone knows where to purchase one, please contact me.

Please file if you have been had by this guy! If you have not purchased from SaveFuel.ca, my opinion is that it is a scam. Apparently I am not alone.
