savemore.com daily@deals.savemore.com sold $25 giftcard for $10, giftcard has never been recieved. Many friends had same experience. Internet

This is the majority or an email I sent to them on January 28th, 2012:
I purchased this well over a month ago:$25 Cabelas Gift Card
Purchase Date:
12/21/2011
Expiration Date:
12/20/2015
Voucher:
5359497792122111820.
Redeemed on 1/11/2012
To "Redeem" it, your website said I had to wait till Jan.11.  When I went to do that, your website said you would be sending me the giftcard in the mail.  It has been well over a month since my original order date, and 17 days since your site said my gift card would be mailed to me. Where is it? This is ridiculous and a scam. Do you just wait for people to forget they have given you money and hope you can keep it?
These are your options:
A. Send my gift card to day via next day mail with a tracking number.
or
B. Refund my money today
either way after calling several times, being on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time, never being able to talk to someone and then having to dig through your twitter feed to find an email address after waiting for over a month for any sign of my gift card is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had.  The following email below is the only email I have gotten from you prior to today. By the way, it is obvious that I am not the only person you have done this to, if you want your business to remain intact and don't want a giant class action lawsuit looming over you, I suggest changing your illegal business practices to more ethical behaviors and start making right with the hundreds/thousands of people out there whose emails, tweets,
facebook posts I have read about you.  Does ripoffreport.com, scambook.com, or the better business bureau ring a bell?
