SaveMore Company charged me $5 for a $10 Subway gift card but never sent the gift card. My SaveMore account shows it has been redeemed. Internet

Purchased a $10 Subway gift card for $5 on 11/3/11. The gift card was never received. When I log in at www.savemore.com it shows the gift card has already been redeemed.
