SaveMore SaveMore Daily Took my money, but never sent the gift card I purchased Internet

On 12/4/2011, I purchased a Barnes & Noble gift card from SaveMore. They promptly charged my credit card $15, but I still have not received the gift card (today is 1/26/2012). If there had been a problem like a backorder, I would expect a reputable company to let me know that as soon as they could.

I have read of others having the same issue on SaveMore's Facebook page; some have actually received a gift card (whether it works or not, who knows?) and some have supposedly received a refund. Others like me cannot seem to get a response at all.

They provide a 1-800 number, but after waiting on hold, it goes to an answering machine. They have not responded to my calls, emails, or posts on Facebook, including the post where I mentioned filing a ripoffreport!

I have requested a refund from SaveMore, but still have received no response.
