Complaint Review: Saveology

Saveology is a SCAM.  Stay Away!!!!  I purchased a NY Giants Superbowl item from their site.  They debited my account immediately.  Provided no confirmation of the transaction.  Sent me a so called "voucher" to claim for redemption to get the item.  Did that and received no confirmation or correspondence from them about redeeming it.  Never in this whole process did they ask for shipping information. 

I called and emailed their customer service group and they can't provide any info.  They say the "manufacturer has not set a ship date."  Remember, they took my money immediately.  Not only is this a very unprofessional and misleading site, the company is an absolute SCAM.  They are set up to take your money, not ship the product and hope you go away.  They aren't returning emails or providing any info on the call.  Just keep me on hold and say there is no info at this time.

I've contacted my bank to report the fraudulent activity and urge others do the same. Saveology is a SCAM!!!!  You will lose your money and have to deal with your credit card company/bank having to credit it back after filing a report.  STAY AWAY FROM SAVEOLOGY!!!!
