I purchased a wireless router and cable modem with this company, totaling 149.90: The company assured me that if I filled out the proper rebate information, I would have only had to pay 19.99 additional shipping and handling. After sending in my rebate, and waiting 4 months, the terrible customer service kept telling me they had already sent the check. After months of back and forth, and back and forth intervention with the SE Florida BBB, I received a check for $108.00 EIGHT MONTHS LATER. This company still owes me $41.90 and I have not seen a dime. Looking at their facebook page, this company has a string of complaints against them. They need to be brought to justice!
