SAVEONSCALES.COM WON'T REPLY TO RETURN/REPAIR REQUEST, WILL NOT RESPOND TO "CONTACT US" EMAILS SCOTTSDALE Arizona
Purchased a Pro Scale, Moderno, digital bathroom scale. LCD display was bad so I tried to contact SaveOnScales.com to get it replaced or repaired.
They have not returned several emails and do not return phone calls. They do not give a telephone number or address on web site. (I had to get it through BBB). Anyway I am stuck with a bad scale and no address to return it for either repair or refund.
BBB has a listed phone number but it is apparantly bogus. BBB is very lax and unworthy of its name.
I broke rule #1 for internet shopping................never shop with anyone that does not have an real address and real phone number clearly stated on it's web site.
