Complaint Review: Saving Smart

Saving Smart I am new computer user and was signed up without my knowledge through taking surveys online Unknown Internet

Having recently purchased my first computer, I was receiving e-mails to take online surveys and getting offers to receive cosmetics , jewelery, and other
things for a small fee (or so I thought) on my credit or debit card. I received the items,but found recurring charges on my credit card accounts for several months now. I have cancelled most of them finally,but when I
call the number for Saving Smart ,I was told to go to the internet site to cancel.
Well I am still trying to cancel my "account " .My only option will be to cancel my card number ,I was told. That's a lot of trouble for a dollar a month. Can't something be done about these people?
