Savingology Sent wrong item, refused to replace or refund Internet

I ordered a charger for a Blinc motorcycle helmet but the one they sent didn't even fit. 

Within a day after I told them they sent the wrong prodect they asked for a photo of it (?) but after I sent them

the pic they never responded. I've sent them a couple of emails since to no reply and it's been a month.

 

Not much integrity over there.
