Savings Smart ripoff by smartsavings On-line Nationwide
I have been bill $1 for months. I have called them and was told that they would stop and that they wwould refund all monies from the beginning. HA! they are still at it. I have disputed this thru my credit card company for the second time today. What can be done to stop these crazy people?
