Firstly, we are a group of disgruntled current and ex Real Estate Agents - most from NSW who have been scammed by the infamous Vik Child or Vikki Waller, as we then knew her. We all purchased Sensaslim franchises from Sensaslim and this company was secretly being run by the the well known Conman - Peter Foster who has just done 12 months jail over his involvement in Sensaslim. Had Vik Child been honest when she met us even going out to dinner with some of us, we would never each have invested our $75,000 to $150,000 in this scam. She has not been granted indemnity by the ACCC. Some of us operate other franchises in opposition to the office she works for - very close to Casino and Vik Child should not be allowed in the industry by Fair Trading NSW.
Vik Child was there and even witnessed franchise documents under the name of Vikki Waller and watched some of us hand over our hard earned money. Vik Child and her ex husband Scott were major witnesses in the ACCC case against Foster. He got indemnity against prosecution from the ACCC but she has not. He said that he is currently involved in his own Court battles against her.
A letter has been sent to the Minister for Fair Trading or Innovation and Better Regulation ( the Hon Victor Dominello MP) about this person and the unscrupulous Savins First National Casino - Real Estate Agency
A letter has also gone to the Board of Directors of First National Franchises in Australia.

Professional" Property Manager for Ian and Trent Savins a family run business. These sites show her as actively being a property manager who has leased properties and is licensed to handle any enquiries for the Agency from all members of the public - this is totally misleading advertising.

Interestingly enough they are prepared to risk their family business reputation on this employee who tells many lies on her resume about previous employers and has friends give her false references. According to the Fair Trading NSW website Vikki Dallas Child or Vikki Dallas Emerton or Vik Child or Vik Emerton or Vik or Vikki Garland (the one and same person) is not currently licensed in the property industry. This is a serious offence for all parties that may involve heavy fines, penalty points and even total loss of license or suspension.

She has used many false names on her resumes and social media sites to avoid being tracked down by her creditors who she owes over $130,000 to various credit card companies and $80,000 to the taxation department. The creditors are about to send her bankrupt now that they know where she works and lives. Her postal address is c/- of her fathers at 47 High Street Casino NSW and she is on the electoral roll at that address. Her ex wonders if she is being paid through her ABN if not maybe her wages could be garnisheed by her creditors as he is sick of them calling at his place to drop off letters of demand.

Her last 2 - 3 years she was self employed as a partly qualified beautician mostly working from home and in a small beauty salon upstairs in 19 James Street Burleigh Heads, with Susan Sinn at Point of Beauty. She operated the following websites once again under false names to stay hiding from her creditors - www. beautylicioustherapies.com and www.mybeautycove.com . A Whois domain ownership reveals they were held in some of her false names shown above.

Prior to this involvement with Sensaslim, Vik Child ran many other scams in the horse racing software business and managed offices for Phillip Cropper (Profit Runner) PHIL Cropper is still wanted by the police, Michael Featherstone (ex Gold Coast CIB policeman) now charged by the CMC for his involvement in the scam software industry and the infamous cartoonist Larry Pickering operating as Softholdings (Hong Kong) and Azure Dene Pty Ltd.
Her resume never reflects any of this, according to what her ex told us. He said that his involvement in these industries has and still is costing him dearly, but he always declares this on his resume and to prospective employers. It is best off being, honest and up front about your past and not try to hide anything. Totally opposite to what I have been told she is doing, but good luck to her - " If you live by the sword you die by the sword"
She has had very little involvement in the real estate industry at all, only licensed in Queensland many years ago, for some 18 months.
It is revealed in Federal Govt transcripts of the court case that her husband signed an indemnity against prosecution by the ACCC but Vik Child did not.
A company of which she was a major shareholder in - Scotanvik Pty Ltd as trustee for the Scotanvik Trust trading as Scotanvik Pty Ltd has been wound up. This company invoiced Sensaslim for over $172,000 in a 6 month period and according to her ex she has only worked a total of about 4 years of the 15 that the couple were together. He said she and her sisters had caused him plenty of problems over the years
Selina Child, one of Vikki's. sisters has done time in jail for theft and drugs and much more and he had to support his son Ross, Vikki's son Maddison, Vikki, Selina's children - Zachory and Logan Ogilvie and their father Rick Ogilvie whilst Selina was incarcerated and rehabilitating from her drug problem. He had to gain custody of the children through the Family Court.
The other sister Donna Fing, has put plenty of misleading and defamatory information on the web about him, after purchasing some sports predicament software and her husband had a gambling problem.
