Complaint Review: Savmor Rent A Car

I rented a car from Savmor at their Las Vegas/McCarren Airport location in November 2007 for three days. They gave me a two year old economy car with 45000 miles.

The car had serious problems - the brakes squealed, the car had a major vibration problem at idle and there was an exhaust leak at the engine manifold.

When I took the car back the attendant checking in the cars said they didn't know anything about the condition of their cars and the problems I had with the car didn't matter, because I got such a great deal on the rental rate. I'm not sure how they can get away with renting these junk cars. Definitely, a safety issue. Savmor had the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my 25 years as a traveler.

Don't be fooled by their low rental rates. I will never rent from Savmor again.
