Savona Financial Refused to Refund Down Payment After Breach of Contract By Savona Financial , Internet
Savona Financial approved me for a loan and created a contract stating that with a said amonut of down payment they would transfer the loan amount into my bank account within six (6) hours. After I sent them the downpayment via Western Union they contacted me stating they needed additional funds for the down payment.
I told the customer service representative I did not have any futher funds and needed a refund on my down payment. They tried to say that in the contract it stated that the lender could ask for additional funds, but infact the contract states that if the loan is in default they can ask for additional down payment.
They are in breach of their own contract and not willing to refund my down payment. They kept saying that if I would just give them additional funds they would wire transfer my loan amount to my bank account. They will keep asking for more money. This company is a rip-off and they are not willing to help you, they are infact out to scam you!
The customer service representative was unwilling to transfer me to a manager or the CEO or owner of the company. Their address, when searched on google earth is a deserted location with no other businesses or properties around.
