In a nutshell. This company is a fraud they stole $200.00 from me and refuse to show any work that they supposedly have done. They will not provide a lawyer contact, address, or anything. These people are frauds and I will not stop until I have the Attorney General slam the hammer on them.

From the beginning they lied about being the ones to develop e-layaway which was what enticed me to do business with them. Turns out E-layaway has never heard of these clowns.

Since they refuse to refund me, I will make them pay by drowning them in so much litigation there grandchildren will need lawyers.

Please feel free to see the work we have completed for Kedar Fredarick. Let us know if you think he got taken advantage of or not for his $200.00 investment.

We stand by our decision to not refund him his money. Savvy365 has a very direct contract that identifies all of the areas he is claiming are untrue or false.

We are prepared to fight this to clear our name.

Savvy365 has hundreds of satisfied clients that will attest to the fact that we are very good at what we do. Can we please everyone? Usually, but sometimes we can not make everyone happy. Especially when you work in the creative feild. As the CEO, Founder of Savvy365 I am forced to decide if a consumer is upset or if the reason they are raising concerns is more of a cash flow issue.

This client used up all of his designers time designing a logo that he asked for. We charged him a $200 deposit for his graphic design and website design. He was told at the time that he was paying a deposit, he said that "he was finding an investor" and that "he would pay more when he had the money".

We exchanged emails and text messages over the course of a few weeks. I thought he was happy with the level of service he was getting. All of the sudden I started getting angry texts, angry emails and phone calls. I explained to him that he used up all of our time for the money he had paid ($200.00 deposit, 10 hours of graphic design) and for any more work to be completed that he would need to pay additional money. He has to pay for the rest of the project at this time for us to complete it. *Actually, our graphic designer charges $55.00 an hour and worked gratis to get the logo completed to the clients specifications.

We are not ripping him off, we are simply protecting ourselves from being taken advantage of.

We provided social media marketing and graphic design to eLayaway. We also work with Dutch Bros coffee and many companies in the NW.

I have explained to this client multiple times that I want to help him, I want to see this through and give him a successful campaign but we do not work for free.
