this was emailed to Saxon, and I got no response
What is the status of the above loan? You were going to forward everything to your legal dept on the 23rd of Nov. 2007 as of yet, the collection agency has heard nothing.
I also have the Sheriff investigating the theft by deception from this end.
I am sorry your firm got caught in the middle, but I was told by your firm last fall, that you were going to send it back to Accredited, being it was in dispute and obtained by fraud
.
below is a email I sent to Saxon, after receiving a
foreclosure notice. After being told the sale would be stopped, I found out thru the collection agency, 60 days later that the sale did take place, as a non-judicial foreclosure. I never got the 3 day letter required by Missouri law, and the 365 days to redeem. I am now in court facing a unlawful detainer action and the courts are no help either. They all tell you to hire a attorney, but who can afford that on a retirement income. Wire fraud was also involved in the original mortgage that Saxon finally inherited. I thought a breeched contract was not collectable. Even the FB! admits Federal Law was violated, but my loan falls below the amount they will look at. Who will look out for retirees?
No wonder these types of lenders exist, no one stops them!

I have contacted the FBI, the AG's office and they all act like it is no big deal or outside their jurisdiction. I guess you need to be related to someone or know someone!
The collection attorneys need to be taken to court for aiding and abetting. Maybe that would stop this senseless mortgage foreclosures.
